After turning onto Carolina Place, drive down until you see the turn leading into Lowe's. DO NOT turn into Lowe's. Our building is on your left-hand side BEFORE the Lowe's turn.
When you arrive, enter the building through the main glass doors and remain in the lobby. You will see 2 brown doors in front of you and one of our single black reception chair to your left. Please take a seat, and your provider will come get you for your appointment.
If you need to use the restrooms, please proceed directly through the 2 brown doors. Bathrooms are on the left down the main hall.
